+ Louisiana is currently dealing with an Opioid Crisis of epic proportion.  The Louisiana Supreme Court and partnering agencies set out to use digital and social media to educate families, school systems, youth serving organizations, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and elected officials on the risk factors, resources, and help centers across the state.  

+ Orange Strategy and Orange Media were hired to plan, produce, and edit The Opioid Project Documentary. We handled project planning, casting, story boarding, site selection, videography, sound, lighting, and editing.  

+ The talent pool for the manufacturing industry is inadequate to meet future workforce demands.  The primary objective of the Dow Leadership Academy is to encourage minorities to pursue STEM-related careers in the manufacturing industry.

+ Dow hired Orange Strategy to implement our T.P.A. Model (Talent Pipeline Augmentation) which is a holistic approach to growing a local workforce. We provide branding, marketing, and outreach for Dow Chemical Company, the third largest employer in Louisiana. This initiative impacts communities and Dow operations across Louisiana and Texas.

Increasing the probability that young people from local communities will have the desire, education, soft skills, and relationships to compete for high-demand, high-wage career opportunities.

The initiative generates free media which continues to position Dow as a premier employer.

As a result of the trainings, explorations, and mentoring provided to young people through DLA, participants are significantly less likely to succumb to risk factors that their peers may be susceptible to.

DLA students become Dow ambassadors that educate a broader community about high demand, high-paying career opportunities.

The school systems, community-based organizations, and community leaders are able to leverage the resources invested in DLA to magnify their own message.

+ Provided branding, strategic planning, and project management for Nucor Steel, a Fortune 100 Company with Louisiana operations in St. James Parish. We are responsible for developing their NuLevel Academy, a workforce marketing initiative designed to drive young people into STEM career pathways. 

+ While simultaneously grooming their future workforce, Nucor Steel Louisiana is repositioning its employer brand in the minds of their existing talent pool.  Through grassroots marketing, content marketing, and high touch community-based initiatives, the Nucor message about culture, career opportunities, and a long-term commitment to diversity is spread throughout the region.  Big picture… the goal is to attract better job candidates now and well into the future.  

+ United Healthcare recognized the need to host a large-scale healthcare conference to bring together industry professionals and share the latest advancements in healthcare. They partnered with Orange Strategy, an expert event management company, to handle all aspects of the event. Orange Strategy provided comprehensive services, including event design, vendor selection, branding, project planning, vendor management, day-of-logistics, photography, videography, video production, media relations, graphic design, setup and breakdown, and hosting. Through their expertise and meticulous coordination, Orange Strategy successfully executed a seamless and engaging conference experience for United Healthcare and its attendees.

+ By leveraging Orange Strategy's expertise, United Healthcare ensured a successful conference that fostered collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking among industry professionals. + Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is the second oldest historically Black Greek Letter Fraternity. Orange Strategy worked with the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. International Headquarters in Philadelphia, PA, to design, plan, execute, and facilitate an annual retreat and professional development experience for all corporate employees.

+ The goal was to foster a healthy culture, improve organizational communication, teach healthy conflict resolution, emphasize the value of diversity, and promote brand ambassadorship amongst corporate employees. 

+ Orange Strategy worked with the Kimberly Fowler, the Founder of TaxPro Software Solutions, to re-imagine their brand along with repackaging their affiliate model, digital products, and services. We implemented systems to improve lead generation, sales conversions, and customer service protocols. We also redesigned all their marketing collateral including print, web, and social media content.  They now have 135 affiliates across the United States.

+ Orange Media also handled brand development, marketing, and digital media videography of TaxPro’s inaugural conference, The Sales EXCELerator, which in 2023 featured Dr. Boyce Watkins as the keynote speaker.

+ Louisiana Lung Consultants saw a talent shortage in the respiratory therapy industry, and they needed assistance in getting their own staffing and consumer education company started. Orange Strategy provided them with strategic planning and coaching which helped them to develop a scalable business model. Additionally, we designed their organizational structure, products and services including pricing strategies and packaging.

+ SNS Consulting is an Atlanta-based talent acquisition firm specializing in attracting diverse candidates for C-Suite executive positions.  Orange Strategy worked with founder Stephanie Nicole to develop her personal brand and leverage it to drive opportunities for SNS. Our work together included a series of intense strategic planning sessions followed by a complete brand overhaul.  We designed their entire repertoire of digital and print marketing collateral including brand design, web, brochures, sales folders with stepped inserts, social media reels, and podcast production. 


+ Caydence is a Houston-based Human Resources firm driving the design and integration of scalable people processes and technology to transform HR service delivery.  Orange Strategy worked with Caydence to reimagine their brand, develop go-to-market strategies, and all components of their digital marketing including the production of the Help Wanted Podcast. 

+ WISEWOMAN, a women's health program in Louisiana, sought a comprehensive marketing strategy for their health screening events across the state. Our solution included the development of a user-friendly website, eye-catching colorful flyers and signs, radio spots, and overall promotional materials. Orange Strategy effectively conveyed the importance of health, the free screenings provided, and the associated risks for women, helping raise awareness and encourage participation across multiple districts.

+ Elite Financial Group, a financial services firm, approached Orange Strategy with the objective of a complete rebranding, including logo design, business cards, and signage. The challenge was to transform the existing brand identity to reflect the company's values and services, creating a compelling and cohesive brand presence.
